‘Edutainment’ is another buzz word for the entrepreneurship oriented minds. Put in simple terms it tries to combine the two sectors of education and entertainment for various audiences. Both sectors are opportunity silos by themselves in India. It appears that Google’s efforts to break into the social networking sphere will finally show results through its recently launched social network platform – Google+. With all the features that it has to offer, it sounds like a great product to give FB a stiff competition. Though still not open to all, it has favourable reviews from the analysts and critics who have been invited to use it in what Google calls a ‘field trial’. Here are some of its features which might give Facebook run for its numero uno position.
